DESCRIPTION:We invite you to join us for ARTfactory’s “Open Flow Friday” event on Friday\, July 17th from 7 to 9 pm in the art gallery (1st floor)!\n\nOpen Flow Friday applies a creative spin to the “open mic night” concept\, additionally encouraging ALL types of creatives to participate\, present\, and/or perform their craft! Open Flow Friday offers an open mic\, and open art demonstration space for local artists to share their art form with an audience\, whether you are a poet\, author\, musician\, artist\, etc. This is your safe space for creativity\, community\, and self-expression! This event is free and open to the public.\n\nInterested participants should plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early to add their name to the performance sign-up list.

DESCRIPTION:Something has escaped. \nDeep within the ARTfactory\, the secretive AF Laboratories has suffered a catastrophic containment breach\, unleashing an unknown threat that has transformed the building into a sprawling\, post-apocalyptic nightmare. \nThis year\, all four floors of the ARTfactory become a fully immersive world unlike anything we’ve created before. Guests will navigate abandoned city streets\, contaminated laboratories\, crumbling industrial spaces\, quarantine zones\, and the remnants of civilization as they search for a way through the chaos. Every room tells part of the story\, and every corner holds the possibility of a terrifying encounter. \nIf you’ve ever wanted to be part of something immersive\, creative\, and unforgettable\, this is your chance to join the outbreak. Factory of Fear\, one of Northern Virginia’s premier haunted attractions\, is looking for scare actors to join our cast this Halloween season! As a scare actor\, you’ll become one of the survivors\, infected\, scientists\, soldiers\, or creatures that bring this world to life.
