Sunday Swing with Andrew Tecco

Join dance instructor, Andrew Tecco, for our 2024 Summer sessions of Sunday Swing at the ARTfactory. Each session will be broken down into several phases:

Phase 1: Dance Instruction-Andrew will spend the first hour teaching dance basics and new concepts

Phase 2: Guided Practice-Andrew will use the middle hour to supervise and help students as they practice the skills learned in class

Phase 3: Open Social Dance hour where anyone of any level can join and dance socially

Tuition: Full Session Single $108 Couple $216, Open Dance Hour ONLY $10/person (Paid at the Door)

About the Instructor

Andrew fell in love with Lindy Hop swing dancing over a decade ago at a New Years Eve dance at Glen Echo’s Spanish Ballroom.  Starting in 2018, Andrew more fully committed himself to developing his skills and has been a regular participant in the DMV’s Lindy dance scene during that time.  Since 2022 Andrew has also begun to share his love of dance by teaching and DJing at various local dance events.  In addition to Lindy Hop, Andrew enjoys blues dancing, West Coast Swing and other dances.
