Landscapes from Paper Bits
Sometimes the best paints aren’t paints at all! Join esteemed artist Penny Shaw for a class that will explore using cut papers to create beautiful scenery.
From newspaper to cardstock, glue to Modge Paudge, and everything in between, this three hour workshop will introduce concepts of color theory, and help you to arrange papers of all varieties into beautiful renditions of scenic views. Penny will help you break your preconceived notions of collage, and help you to create vivid scenes out of the simplest papers.
Participants will come away from the workshop with an ideated piece, and the materials to continue working at home if desired.
All supplies for this workshop will be provided via the supply fee!
