Fragments of Memory: Painting Personal Moments
2026 is the year to give back to yourself, and there’s no better place to start than this installment in our ARTful Wellness series, brought to you by UVA Health!
Join us for an exploration of personal memory through painting and visual storytelling. Participants will recall meaningful moments and translate them into works of art using color, composition, and abstraction.
This workshop emphasizes emotional expression, reflection, and process over technical accuracy. Artists of all levels are welcome to join.
